Switching questions

Will you rip out my existing cameras?

No. In most takeovers we keep the cameras, the recorder, the cabling and the mounting positions. We only replace what genuinely fails or is so badly installed it cannot be maintained.

My current contractor says I cannot leave. Can you help?

Usually yes. Most maintenance contracts in Malaysia can be exited with notice, or lapse if it is a rolling monthly plan. Send us your agreement and we will tell you where you stand before you commit to anything.

What does the takeover cost?

The handover audit is free. If your system is sound, taking over maintenance only is a low monthly figure. If hardware needs replacing, you get a fixed written quote before any work starts - no day-rate surprises, no scope creep.

How long is the switch really?

14 days for a typical single-site takeover, from the date we have admin access to your recorder. Larger multi-site or commercial systems take longer because we schedule them properly rather than rushing.

What happens to my existing recordings?

We export and hand over anything you need before we change anything. We do not delete footage. Your retention period and export responsibility are documented in the handover file you receive.

Do you service cameras from other brands?

Yes - Hikvision, Dahua, Ezviz, Uniview and most other Chinese-brand CCTV sold in Malaysia. We will confirm during the free audit whether your particular models are supportable before you commit.
