Minimum camera coverage

Typically 2 to 8 cameras depending on floor area and risk profile. Entry points, cash handling areas and stock rooms are almost always mandatory.

Recording retention period

Insurance renewal questions

How fast can you install and issue the certificate?
Most shop lots and small offices are surveyed and installed within the same week. The certificate is issued within 24–48 hours of commissioning. If your renewal deadline is tight, tell us the date on the first message and we will be straight with you about whether we can make it.
What if I already have CCTV installed?
Then we only install what is missing. We audit what you have against the insurer's requirement and quote the gap. If your existing system already satisfies the requirement, we will tell you that and you may only need the certificate and maintenance records.
Do you supply the certificate format the insurer wants?
Yes. Send us their requirement and we write the certificate to match it - installation details, camera positions, resolution and retention period. If they need a specific form, we fill theirs in instead of issuing ours.
Will the insurance premium actually go down?
We cannot promise a specific premium - that is your insurer's decision, and it depends on their risk assessment, your claim history and their panel of installers. What we guarantee is that the requirement is properly met, documented and maintained. That is what gives you the strongest case for a reduction.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many cameras and how much coverage the insurer requires. You get a fixed written quote after the survey, with no day-rate variation once work starts. We will also tell you where you can meet the requirement at lower cost - it is not in our interest to oversell you.
Do you handle the whole renewal or just the installation?
Just the security side - we install the system and issue the documentation. We do not broker insurance, which means our recommendation is not influenced by which insurer pays us.
