WhatsApp us the key collection date and the block. We check our installation calendar for that week.

Confirm bundle on site

We survey the unit, agree the camera positions with you, and lock a fixed bundle price in writing before anything is ordered.

Install before or on handover day

Most units are fully installed before you collect the keys. If the timing does not work, we install the same week - you are not moving in unprotected.

App access set up and tested with you, all passwords handed over in writing, 2-year warranty registered, and our direct WhatsApp line.

JMB & Management

For committees and management offices

If you are on a JMB or management committee, the unit-level package is only part of the problem. Common-area and access-point security usually sits with the committee, and it is what your residents actually notice.

  • Common area CCTV - Car park, lobby, staircase and perimeter coverage with proper night performance.
  • Autogate and access control - Visitor management, licence plate recognition, unit-by-unit access rights.
  • Barrier and boom gate - For multi-level car parks, with integration into the residents' app.

Questions

Handover questions

I have already collected the keys. Is it too late?
No. Handover pricing applies for a window around the key collection date, not only the exact day. Message us your date and we will tell you straight away what applies.
Can I use the developer or the previous owner's system?
Sometimes, yes - and we will tell you honestly. If the existing cabling and camera positions are usable, reusing them saves you money. If they are inadequate, we will show you why with evidence rather than just replacing everything.
Do I need approval from the JMB or management first?
Usually yes for anything touching common areas, car park barriers or building cabling. We are used to working with committees and we can prepare the proposal in the format your committee needs.
What happens if handover date shifts?
Just message us. We hold the slot and reschedule without charge as long as we have at least a few days notice. Delays in the handover schedule are normal and we plan around them.
Do you handle the network and internet too?
Yes. Most units need some network work for reliable remote viewing, and we handle FTTH and mesh networking as part of the package rather than leaving you to coordinate two contractors.
What is included in the warranty?
Two years on all our installation work and equipment, with a 24hr response guarantee. Full handover documentation, and we handle the service directly - no third-party call centre.
